Irabu.org gives schools and nonprofits free access to the Irabu platform.
Registered nonprofits and schools of any size can apply. Approved organisations get the Business tier at no cost, renewed every year for as long as they still qualify.
01 / Who qualifies
Two kinds of organisation, no size limit.
Schools
State, public, government-funded and non-fee-charging schools, at any level from primary through secondary. Size is not a factor — a twelve-pupil rural school and a four-thousand-pupil district both qualify.
Registered nonprofits
Organisations formally registered as a nonprofit, charity, NGO or equivalent in their own jurisdiction, whose work is not primarily commercial. Again, no size threshold.

02 / What you get
The paid product. Not a stripped-down version of it.
Approved organisations receive the same Business tier that commercial customers pay for, on the same platform, with the same features. The difference is the invoice.
- Up to 200 people in the workspace, plus up to 100 guests for volunteers, governors, trustees and partner staff.
- 5,000 AI requests a month, every answer cited and grounded only in what your organisation has shared.
- 200 active automations and 100 GB of storage.
- Audit log export and priority support.
- A named onboarding session, because software nobody sets up helps nobody.
03 / How to apply
Four steps. No sales call.
Check the criteria
Two minutes on the eligibility page saves you filling in a form you were never going to pass.
Send the form
Nine fields. Institutional contact details and a link that shows your organisation is what it says it is. No student data, ever.
We review it
We aim to answer within ten working days. If we need something more, we ask once rather than sending you round a loop.
Set-up
Your workspace is created and someone walks your team through it. You are not left with a login and a wish of good luck.
04 / What we have not done yet
Everything on this site is true today.
Charity websites are usually written in the future tense and read as though it has already happened. This one is not. So, plainly:
- irabu.org is not yet a separate legal entity. Incorporation is underway and not complete.
- We are not a registered charity, and nothing you give us is tax-deductible. We will not use either phrase until it is true and we can show you the registration.
- We are not accepting donations. The giving page takes an email address, not a card.
- We publish no impact numbers, because we do not have any yet. When we do, we will publish the method alongside them.
- We have no named partners, funders or endorsements to list.
What is true today:
- Applications are open and are being read.
- The platform itself is live and in commercial use — this is not a prototype built for the programme.
- The programme is funded by the commercial business, so it does not depend on donations to start.
- The eligibility criteria on this site are the ones we actually apply.
05 / Support this work
Giving is not open. Here is what is.
We are not taking money into an entity that does not exist yet. Until it does, there are three useful things you can do.
Tell an organisation
The hardest part of a programme like this is reaching the people it is for. If you know a school or nonprofit that would use it, send them the link.
Register interest in giving
Leave an email on the giving page and we will write to you once — when the entity exists and giving opens.
